Mr. Thierno Souleymane Barry holds a Doctorate in Law from the Université de Sherbrooke and Université Laval (Canada), a DAS (Diploma of Advanced Studies) from the UNESCO Chair of Human Rights and Democracy of the University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin), and a Master's degree in Public Law from the University of Conakry (Guinea). In addition, he holds a graduate degree in International and Comparative Human Rights Law from the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg (France) and was awarded the René Cassin Medal. He is a Professor of law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Sonfonia (Guinea) and is also a Co-Investigator of the Guinea-Memory Project for the Studies and Research on Africa Network (Réseau d’études et de recherche sur l’Afrique) and of the Child Labor Project at the Université de Sherbrooke. Furthermore, he is a Co-Chair of the Committee of the Tribunal-School on the Rights of the Child Initiative, University of Moncton (Canada) where he also conducts research on the rights of the child. He serves as an international consultant and lecturer in areas such as governance, international humanitarian law, human rights and children's rights. He is a lawyer and a member of the Conakry Bar (Guinea). In addition to being a lawyer, Mr. Barry is a producer, publisher, novelist, playwright, storyteller and poet. Born in Guinea, in the foothills of Fouta-Djallon, he has traveled to many countries due to his professional activities as a law professor and consultant, as well as for his cultural and literary activities to which he is regularly invited. He has read his texts in many festivals such as in Trois-Rivières (Canada) where he was named Honorary Citizen in 2004.

Ms. Budileanu was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in Romania in 2013. She began her career by assisting foreign investors wishing to expand their business in the Romanian market, thus being involved in the procedures for setting up companies in Romania with foreign capital, in personnel recruitment procedures as well as in the negotiation, conclusion, modification and termination of various commercial contracts.
